  • The submission does not violate privacy law, institutional policy, copyright, or contractual obligations
  • The submission is intended for legitimate educational use

License Grant

By submitting materials, you grant AAISN a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and create derivative works from the materials for educational, scholarly, and organizational purposes. This license survives any termination of your relationship with AAISN.

You retain ownership of your original work. AAISN will use reasonable efforts to provide attribution where appropriate.

AAISN Editorial Discretion

AAISN may:

  • Review submissions for editorial, educational, and compliance purposes
  • Request revisions or redactions

AAISN is under no obligation to publish submitted material.

Indemnification

The submitter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AAISN, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to the submitted materials, including claims of privacy violation, copyright infringement, defamation, or any other cause of action.
